1 pot of rice

Half a cup of urad dal

Half a cup of gram dal

Half a cup of market semolina

How To Make Appe (step by step)

Step 1

On the day before making Appe, in the afternoon, wash and soak the rice and pulses. At night, grind it all in a mixer.

Mix fine semolina in it.

Step 2

Remove from the mixer again and cover. If you want to do it the next afternoon, keep stirring the mixture in the morning.

Step 3

When you make the Appe, add a teaspoon of salt and oil to the batter. Keep the pot heated on the gas.

When it is hot, add a little oil first.

Step 4

In it, add flour with a spoon on top. Put the lid on the Appe pan. After about 5 minutes, remove the lid, invert the appe and fry for a while.

When the apple is roasted, take it down.

Idli chutney or Pandharpuri dal or gram dal chutney should be melted in curd and eaten.
