Instant Appe Recipe
1 pot of rice
Half a cup of urad dal
Half a cup of gram dal
Half a cup of market semolina
How To Make Appe (step by step)

On the day before making Appe, in the afternoon, wash and soak the rice and pulses. At night, grind it all in a mixer.
Mix fine semolina in it.
Remove from the mixer again and cover. If you want to do it the next afternoon, keep stirring the mixture in the morning.
When you make the Appe, add a teaspoon of salt and oil to the batter. Keep the pot heated on the gas.
When it is hot, add a little oil first.
In it, add flour with a spoon on top. Put the lid on the Appe pan. After about 5 minutes, remove the lid, invert the appe and fry for a while.
When the apple is roasted, take it down.
Idli chutney or Pandharpuri dal or gram dal chutney should be melted in curd and eaten.
If you don’t want chutney, add finely chopped onion (half a cup), a cup of chopped cilantro, ginger, and five-six chilies and salt to make Appe.
It works even without semolina.
If you want to eat appe instead of dinner, increase the amount of rice and pulses.
