7-8 green chilies or

1 tablespoon red chili powder

1 teaspoon salt

Half a teaspoon of sugar

1 tablespoon cumin seeds

1 tablespoon sesame seeds

quarter spoon asafoetida

quarter teaspoon turmeric

1 cup gram dal flour

How To Make Kothimbir Vadi

Step 1

Combine Chopped cilantro, green chili paste, salt, sugar, cumin, sesame seeds, 2 tbsp turmeric powder, and oil.

Step 2

Mix flour in it. Add a little water to the cilantro (Kothimbir) flour.

Step 3

With oil on the hand, Roll the cilantro dough into long balls and let it steam.

Step 4

After steaming for 10 minutes, when it cools down, cut it with a knife and fry it.
